Therapy that feels human, supportive, and grounded in real life
Kayla Rieck, LCSW
I work with women, mothers, and couples who are trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Many of my clients are navigating relationship stress, identity shifts, anxiety, parenting challenges, infertility, pregnancy, or the emotional realities of postpartum and motherhood.
As a therapist and a mom, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself in the demands of caring for everyone else. My goal is to offer therapy that feels practical, compassionate, and grounded. A space where you can be honest about what’s hard and build real tools for change.
My approach to therapy
I understand that seeking mental health therapy can be a vulnerable experience, which is why I place such a strong emphasis on creating a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, or going through infertility, pregnancy or postpartum/motherhood, I am here to help you find the support and resources you need to improve your quality of life. I am LGBTQ-friendly and strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone I work with. I have 10+ years of experience working with a wide variety of clients using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
